Refund Policy

Frank Adams Jewelers hopes you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item for a refund or exchange. Items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in the original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original designer packaging.

Timepiece returns/exchanges must be made in unworn condition, with all warranty cards and instruction booklets enclosed and with prior management approval.

Closeouts, special orders, custom or altered pieces are not returnable/exchangeable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Refunds will be granted in the original form of payment to the purchaser only or store credit to the gift recipient.

Some limits may apply on special orders so please contact us for details.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
